Dr. Kerry Mall, President

Dr. Kerry Mall grew up in a small town in India and values smaller communities that work together to prosper. Dr. Mall is a partner and practicing Veterinarian with St. Clair Animal Hospital in Corunna, ON.

As an active investor, Kerry loves to develop ideas, specifically looking at new investment opportunities. He believes in partnership and investing in smart residential, business, and commercial real estate properties in Chatham-Kent. Over the years, Kerry and Krista have developed a full spectrum of professionals ready to help grow the company and develop properties, including skills in legal, accounting, and specialty trades.

Krista Mall, Managing Partner

Krista Mall is a comprehensive real estate professional that oversees all marketing and tenant management for over 40 properties, including single family homes, four-plexes, student housing and commercial property. She also manages 80+ tenants under her company known as Maple City Property Rentals where she services through their rental properties.

With all her responsibilities, Krista has a strong background in Residential Tenancies Act and is a member of the Chatham-Kent Landlords Association, the Real Estate Council of Ontario and the Ontario Real Estate Association.

A Sales Representative with Royal LePage Peifer Realty, Krista helps clients both buy and sell their homes and properties. In 2021, Krista received the prestigious Red Diamond Award with Royal LePage National. This award represents the top 2% of all Royal LePage Realtors on a National level.

Krista is a partner in business and life with Dr. Kerry Mall and together they have three lovely daughters. They consider Chatham-Kent the ideal place to raise a family.
