Depencier Builders
Respected local builder, Dave & Kim Depencier through their partnership DeMall Group Ltd. Together, they developed Leisure Lane District, Dresden’s largest housing expansion in 30 years. Constructed by Depencier Builders, the subdivision includes semi-detached units, single family homes and larger custom builds.
DeMall Group is currently working on their next project in Dresden called the Rolling Acres Subdivision. This project consists of 41 single family homes and semi-detached homes.
